The museum's Annual General Meeting, followed by a talk — “A History of the Wirral Country Park to Mark its 50th Anniversary” — given by Dr Stephen Roberts.

Doors opened at 6:45pm, with free admission and seating allocated on a first come, first served basis. The talk accompanied the museum's own special exhibition, 50 Years of the Wirral Country Park.
