The museum's Annual General Meeting, followed by a talk — “A History of the Wirral Country Park to Mark its 50th Anniversary” by Dr Stephen Roberts. Doors 6:45pm, free admission, seating allocated first come, first served.

Wartime Christmas
Saturdays 3rd, 10th & 17th December — an exhibition on Christmas during wartime, alongside the exhibition “West Kirby Remembers WWI & WWII” and a talk, “The Grange Hill War Memorial & the People of North West Wirral.”

A special exhibition marking the centenary of the Hoylake & West Kirby War Memorial, alongside the story of wartime evacuees.

Free admission, museum open 10am–4pm. A local history book sale and exhibitions from the Research Group, including their completed history of 100 shops on Banks Road, West Kirby. Refreshments served.

Wirhalh Skip Felagr, Merseyside's leading Viking, Saxon and Norman re-enactment group, walked from Caldy to West Kirby and arrived at the museum at around 11:30am.

Heritage Open Days: West Kirby Old Village Walk
A one-mile, one-hour walk around the conservation area of the Old Village, taking in buildings dating back to the 17th century. Met at the Lych Gate, St Bridget's Church. Booking essential — narrow pavements made the route unsuitable for wheelchairs, the less mobile, or prams.
